Season 2 OVA: Episode 2b
Summary: Yuno takes her bike to school.
This was a really funny episode! Probably the best one so far in terms of comedy.
I really enjoyed the scene that was the walk from the dorm to the school. It had a lot of emotion in it and was really impactful.
The scene where they said good morning was really good too, wow. Just lots of emotion and lots of ‘feel.’ Really good. Just really really good.
On a more serious note, this bit was really short but it was definitely hilarious like what Jun said. The punchline at the end was the little diagram of the road that Yuno took to park her bicycle. After watching Yuno run behind the rest of the Hidamari group even though she left earlier, there was this diagram that showed the roundabout way that Yuno took. I think I really got the innocent nature of Yuno wanting to ride the bicycle to school and was probably the most Yuno thing that happened yet. The little flowers and polka dots that were shown with Yuno smiling were absolutely great too, especially with the voices of Sae and Hiro at the back.
Yeah it had a really good feel to this episode. The joke made the episode really immersive. Just a really strong episode.
